Shipping policy

At Fat Thins, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in great condition. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.

 

Order Processing Times

In-stock orders:

Ship within 2–3 business days.

Pre-orders:

Pre-order purchases will begin shipping in December.

Because production and freight timelines can shift, all December ship dates are estimated and may adjust slightly. We will communicate updates if anything changes.

Please note: weekends and holidays may affect processing and transit times.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier pricing.

We currently ship within the United States.


Delivery Issues & Delays

Once your package is handed to the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.), delivery speed and delays are outside our control. Weather, carrier backlogs, and routing can impact transit times.

If your tracking shows “delayed,” “in transit,” or “awaiting carrier acceptance,” please allow additional time before contacting support.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check all entrances, mailrooms, porches, and neighbors

  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If the package still cannot be located, email us and we’ll help evaluate next steps.

Please note: refunds are not provided for packages marked as delivered.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • The code date and lot code printed on your bag

  • Your order number

We’ll replace the damaged items in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

 

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, the customer is responsible for:

  • reshipment fees

  • replacement costs if the package cannot be recovered

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

 

Retailer & Wholesale Orders

Retailer or bulk case orders may ship via different carriers or freight options.

If you are ordering cases for a store, contact us for scheduling and freight coordination.
